By engaging ARcast Studio FZ-LLC for production services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope. Production scope is defined per signed proposal. Test film: one revision. Packages: two revisions per film.
Payment. Test film paid in full up front. Packages: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. AED or USD.
Rights. Client receives full commercial rights to delivered films in perpetuity, all media. ARcast retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless private engagement is requested.
Refund. Test film: 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the final delivery.
Jurisdiction. Governed by UAE law. ARcast Studio FZ-LLC, Dubai.
